

Make your tonic
Place the following ingredients into a quart jar:
1/8 cup raw honey
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother)
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cayenne
On the stove:
2 cups filtered or well water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp ginger root, minced
2 tbsp turmeric root, minced
1 tbsp whole cloves
Simmer 30 minutes
Let cool and strain with sieve
Pour liquid into quart jar and fill remaining space with filtered or well water
